Fingerboy loses as he is only powerful in large numbers. Also, that's technically not fingerboy but rather it is 'Swoopjak'. Fingerboy has no eyes and is just a mouth for a head.

Flying Nigger would put up a good fight againt gigafly due to his immense movement speed and size and high HP. However, Gigafly has the advantage of higher combat speed and being able to separate and flank Flying Nigger. I call it 60/35/5 for Gigafly (flying Nigger 35%, Fingerboy 5%)
