you're retarded when you weightlift and if you're fat you just keep eating the same amount and you'll be making more muscle instead and that means you'll have less calories to spend on maintaining fat. so if you lose weight by eating less you'll have less calories and protein to work with for weightlifting. it's way easier to be lifting when you're fat
being fat means you gotta LOSE fat and keep the muscle under it, then you bulk
