move to a deep rural area where internet is dial-up tier at best and entirely nonexistent at worst. that, or downgrade your network to the cheapest plan physically possible.
after a week of it taking 20 minutes to load 1 modern javascript-bloated webshit webpage, you'll quickly give up on using the internet for anything other than necessary services and maybe torrenting media for local use
the only issue is that even in areas where reception is dogshit, theres usually still tv access. you may need to find something else activity to replace internet (if you move to the rural area as mentioned you'll probably be able to garden at least), or else you'll trade 1 vice (soycial media) for another (being like my boomer parents and watching tv 10 hours a day)

also, i can say that houses in america and "first world" shitholes are fucken' overpriced but if you look other places you can find houses with no internet for less than $5,000 (absolute steal compared to even just renting in my area)
picrel costs a measly $2,000 and has NO internet... and also no electricity, no indoor toilet, no running water so you have to go get it from the well or river, grocery store is a good mile away, no job prospects, have to know the local language, have to travel there in the first place, probably some legal bullshit in getting the house too... but hey, NO TECH!!!!! WAAAAAAOW!!!!! JUST LIKE MY HECCIN' REDDIT WHOLESOME TED KACZYNSKI!!
