Sonic wouldn't rape, he lives by no-ones rules except his own, but those rules are limited by his believes, for example he consistently asks Caliburn during Black Knight to refer to him as Sonic showing that he views all except authority on his own level. His Sonic Channel bio also more-or-less says he hates evil and unfairness. Scourge the Hedgehog would most certainty rape someone date or not if push came to shove.
