Hard to decide. Thinking of going with an original Xbox then upgrading the RAM to 128MB or even 256MB, upgrading the CPU to 1.4GHz, increasing my HDD storage to 16TB, and getting an original xbox to USB adapter so I can use a keyboard. Maybe a 2nd adapter so I can use a mouse as well, but for whatever reason, my hand hurts whenever I try to use a mouse in specific, nothing else has this issue for me so I suspect it's something with the mouse rather than my hands. Original Xbox can be hardmodded for a ton of cool stuff, and it plays Phantasy Star Online so by default it's keyed anyways, similar to Gamecube and Dreamcast. Otherwise, I'd probably go for a ThinkPad T61 w/ ThinkPad Advance Mini-Dock. I could upgrade RAM to 8GB, add a disc-drive in the ultrabay slot, then whenever connected to the dock, I could use a PS/2 keyboard meaning I wouldn't need USB to type easily so the 4 ports would be more free.
Thinkpad shills are so weird, I can't get into the nipple fanbase its just not as good as using a mouse.
ThinkPads, at least for their older variants, were very easy to upgrade/repair and do whatever you wanted with. They were business laptops, and anyone good with computers could make one work as though it were a modern laptop for most things, despite it having previously been a fraction of the cost of regular computers. Now that everyone has realized ThinkPads are very useful, they've gone up a decent bit in price seemingly, but if one really needs stuff such as Libreboot, they're still useful for that.
you could get libreboot and other foss stuff on a thinkpad
Trvth. Also, many of the ThinkPads support docks so you can have a ridiculous amount of ports.
Is there anything wrong with hating RGB though? Maybe what I posted was on the opposite side of the spectrum, but I have always thought rainbow lights (and glass side panels) on a computer look tacky.
This is what I consider good.

I avoid RGB for the most part, it just blinds me at night and seems pointless. Also, I've noticed many cases where "le gamer lights" added quite a few dollars to the final price, so not worth it given it doesn't change how the computer functions at all.
LatitudeARYANS won anyway, the ThinkPad tax is retarded and technically all ThinkPads made after like 2004 are Lenovo chinkshit. I would understand the obsession if IBM still made them though

Seemingly, things went downhill in the 2010s for ThinkPads in particular.
Older ThinkPads are very cool, albeit you can't do much on them nowadays due to their age, unless you can force it to recognize abnormally good specs (for example, the ThinkPad T20 only supports 512MB of pre-DDR RAM).
