What is your workout routine like?

I have strong and healthy muscles from delivering your food all day saar
 
its very easy wake up, eat, browse the schlog, eat and sleep.

Day 1 chest tricep shoulder
Day 2 bicep back legs
Day 3 rest

Once in a while I'll throw my calves or abs a bone. I do a lot of squats which kind of work your core especially if you do them barefoot
 
Personally, I go by PPL (Push Pull Legs) Push is for chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull is for back, biceps and forearms. And Legs is self-explanatory. I usually divide my split by 3 days rather than 6 in a row, so I can take a rest day every 3 days. I've seen good results from this routine as you can most likely imagine. I also sometimes do some light cardio after the end of my workouts, but usually for only 10 minutes at a time. What splits/routines do you guys follow and would you say it has helped?
I kind of have a powerbuilding routine, since I mix hypertrophy and strength training.
As for cardio, it's boxing, and occasionally, BJJ.

When I wake I do 420 sieg heils. When I'm taking a shower I say the 14 words 88 times. When I'm eating breakfast I read mein kampf for the 6 gorillionth time, when Im working out I listen to the turner diaries, when I go to work I only speak German, when I'm eating dinner I'm plotting ways to bring forth the fourth Reich, before I go to sleep I denounce the Talmud, and the next day I start all over again.
