yeah okay bro, software as a service is always going to be nuclear kikeslop
personally i use shotcut because its heckin' free and it works for what i need (putting two videos together), if i need to do anything fancier i use kdenlive (kdenlive's layout sucks ass though) and if i need to do something really specific theres a large amount of other free and good and user-respecting programs for that (natron, opentoonz, etc.)
