It would be called Kikerosoft BLACKEDdows and include several unique features such as premium BLACKED & BLACKED RAW wallpapers, a chat application to talk to Black BVLLS in your area (based on your IP), a dancing White venus getting fucked by a nigger on your desktop (like those old 2000s things), and lots of other cool shit
The default adminstrator account wouldn't be accessible unless you get a Black BVLLS permission to modify shit like the registry (a BVLL would use a fingerprint scanner to confirm his identity)
Oh there'd also be a BLACKED media play and it would run in kernel mode so whitebois couldnt disable it
Microsoft Office would get upgrades too, most notably enhanced Hebrew language support and an AI-powered English to Ebonics translator
