I haven't cleaned my mechanical keyboard in 3 months and it's dirty with my caked on dried sweat (it turned brown for some reason)

Yes. They do. They start sweating whenever I start using them. Everytime I rub my palms some gunk comes off them (it's sticky and brown as well)
