When the AI realizes you are making somehting with a prompt it doesn't like (it is lenient usually but big lips is a massive nono for some reason, as well as euphoric pleasure) it will shit itself and spit out a bunch of generic images. Picrel happened when I added "he had cosmetic lip expansion surgery" to the prompt
