You can't stab yourself twice, it even says in the coroner's report that the second stab wound is fatal and yet his girlfriend at the time, Chiba, created this wild story that after stabbing himself with a knife he started running around the apartment like a lunatic until he made his way to the balcony, by that point she took the knife out of him and gave him CPR which is not only stupid because it's common sense that you don't take the knife out, or else the person will bleed out, and bleed out faster if you otherwise didn't take the knife out, but also giving him CPR is only going to push more blood out of his dying body, she also stated she was in the shower when he stabbed himself twice, but when the police arrived she apparently had wet hair, so she's rearranging events that happened while also making up shit to fit her narrative.
There's a lot of other insane bullshit that happens according to her versus what we do know as truth, but that's just some of the crazy shit. His case is still open nearly 22 years later, even in spite of the fact that they ruled it a suicide.
The animation industry is full of "closeted" sexual degenerates and freaks, even if it's an open secret in the industry that everybody outside of the industry (normal people) is unaware of.
