I just don't know if that's true. 100 years ago you could say this was part of a giant cycle and things would eventually go back up, but the era we live in is extraordinary (in a mostly negative way).
I mean, look at the world population a century ago. If you find a graph, you'll see that it slowly kept rising and eventually skyrocketed. That's one of the biggest indicators to me at least.

Personally, I like the Ideals and Feels of Left-Wing Nationalism it’s Revolutionairy, Fresh, Youthful, And brings the people of a nation together And is amazing as it brings a State but with Revolutionary New-ideals where the people all have a fair say and share one common banner. I dont like Communism at All and I do like Fascism in many ways and the early Italian-Fascist Movement and party was practically Left-Wing Nationalist in its views and ideology naturally as long as the Falange in Spain though the same could not be said for The Nazi party as it was totally Reactionary in its views and the total opposite of Revolutionary in fact it’s whole existence was pitted at stopping revolution in Germany and Europe (which I thank them for.) Several regimes and organizations that were Left-Wing nationalist most known and notably was the IRA, PLO, Nasserist UAR Age Egypt and Syria, Gaddafi Age Libya, And Revolutionary Ireland, Also some South American countries and african countries aswell too but I don’t feel like listing them out as of now while writing this post.

Fascism is not left-wing, because it is not Marxist in origin. The IRA, PLO, and African Revolutionaries were imbued with Marxist strains that run utterly contrary even to Italian Fascism. Nazism was not Reactionary, both Nazis and Italian Fascists saw Bolsheviks as an enemy that had to be crushed even if the Fascists occasionally allied with them early on in Italy. Fascism is in some sense genealogically a product of the political left, but it descends from Anarchism and rejects the Materialism of the political left. Fascism in reality has very eclectic origins. Yes, there is sorel, but there are also the more progressive-liberal types of Italian Elitism and the conservative influences of people like Cavour and Bismarck.

The most Fascist regime outside of Europe was the ROC. Chiang Kai Shek considered himself a Fascist and his view of Nationalism and the running of the state was directly inspired by Mussolini. Mussolini himself said that Fascism was more or less keynesian, so it is wrong to say he was particularly left-wing.
