Huh. Well, I just read about him, and he apparently kidnapped, raped, and tried to kill a woman out in the forest, and then ran away when people saw him, to which he was later identified and locked up, before being released after a decade and deciding to scurry off elsewhere. I'd say he sounds like a wicked person.

He's pretty well known over here, I remember my art teacher telling our class a story about some woman who she knew tryna escape him.
