pork, beef and chicken cost a bit extra but is a bit more lean
spagetti is good
mushrooms are good for your health
try spinach and kale in a blender +sugar and lemon juice (these counteract the fact that it tastes like jarty brap)

Sometimes when I feel like eating I boil brown rice and add sliced beef (for hotpot) or sliced fish and add soy sauce or chicken stock and wait until it boils into a brown porridge-like sop, then I crack in an egg and wait until it's cooked.

It looks shit and tastes okay but it fills the stomach

hot rice tastes like sauna air, put seaweed on (or just eat corn or potatoes or oats or bread or something)
