The planet orbits a binary neutron star system
The planet is habitable for us humans, but is either very green with plants, grass and moss everywhere or very cold, hot climates are very very rare on this planet.
It also has a very small ring around it made out of the remains of a moon that has been broken into pieces by asteroids with one big chunk of the moon still left standing out amongst the asteroid ring.

bcuz its a neutron star, its subject to a shitton of harmful radiation, and insane tidal forces. It would most likely be very very rainy, which would help block some of the x-rays from the neutron star, making it "habitable." It would be super dark, as it would have to be far from the star.
It would be very cold, dark, and very rainy, with the planet being helped warmed by the warmer sunheated rain, and heat from the consent asteroid strikes from the moon remains. Most non water life must live near the planets many volcanos, or underground, due to the sheer cold. The atmosphere has about 25% oxygen too.
However, the biggest pocket of land life is near the north pole, where a hole in the ozone layer allows heat and radiation to hit hard, with less rain. The life here exists in a huge cave system, with a large amount of lead in the rocks and soil. Some light streams in from ravines, sinkholes, cave entrances, and other holes.
