Here's my hypothesis on what truly happened.
The DQN intentionally had the shooting staged. The shooter was a glowie, probably. This glowie would falseflag as an ANTIFAcuck. He instructed the glowie to shoot him in the ear. The DQN was aware that if the glowie shot even a tenth of an degree off target, he may die. But the DQN, in his old age, was willing to take this risk, for it was the only way he could become president and save his nation. If he died, he would rest easy knowing he did everything he could. The plan was carried out perfectly, with the best possible outcome. The glowie, whose death was faked, is probably on his way to a nice secret hotel in the Bahamas now.
