It reeks piss, junkie on junkie fighting, poo on every corner, avoid stepping on the syringes, gambling everywhere, OD'd niggas on the sidewalk, dudes pissing they pants, and of course bring some change for the bum tax. Even on a rare occasion you'll find someone dead.

Kinda sad though when going through, you'll occasionally come across a SISA who just started their tranq journey and there's no saving them at that point. Although, some of these junkies like to be talkative and you can get decent advice from them.

I've been to Kensington it's a funny place but you need to be armed with at least a knife, or I usually bring one when I go to Kensington. It's also really depressing though, and you forgot to mention the hondorans in all black on the street corners that deal the fent, those guys you have to stay away from. If you'd look like a tourist, most soyterns would, then they'd tried to harrass you into doing fent. It would be s funny meet up place but I doubt it would be s good idea given that 18 is already older than most soyterns. NYC we can make jokes about the muslimo commie take over at least and the situation is not that bad in comparison to philly. Even in downtown philly I saw a dude get slashed by a tweaker with a box cutter.

If you are in the philly area you should be able to head to the Amtrak north east corridor to get up to NYC in around 2 hours, the issue is not you or me but more the other 'teens who might not be familiar or comfortable with the area of Kensington.

I know, usually I just take the bus and then the EL there, or sometimes I'll just go to the station in Trenton. With the proposed cuts with all services ending a 9PM I'm kinda concerned if I'm going to be even able to get home. I'm usually a late-night rider.
