You retards realize that when you answer neutral to everything it raises your score more than it should be, right? If something isn't true then vote disagree.
Unless y'all really did have miserable lives lmao :kek:

it's okay if you don't want to.

Wow, this is actually the most obnoxious and infantilizing test I have ever taken, and it is also extremely dishonest. Constant loaded questions which are made to force you into feigning respect for the pseudoscience of CBT and its ridiculous psychoanalytic origins. CBT has a very mediocre effect size at best, and most variation in human beings is due to genes and values, not "trauma". The myth of trauma has done unbelievable damage to the world -- not only does it scam millions out of their money, it also is the justification behind trillions of wasted tax dollars attempting to do the impossible.

wordswordswords your childhood was ass

Well my mom would drink every once in a while and she'd get into shouting matches with my father maybe every few months, but I wish I was still a child since everything was better back then. A lot of the points are probably just from autism. If anything I feel bad for my parents, they're flawed in some ways but that's part of being human.

This is the gayest quiz I've ever seen. I didn't even put down answers that would imply trauma (because my upbringing was keyed and epic) and I got "moderate". Only selfish little fucks care about childhood trauma. I'd get it if you were raped or tortured as a child, but the people bitching about how hard their lives were as children never seem to be those people. Everyone who is successful seems to have had "trauma" and no one cares about whether you had trauma if you are a bum. Trauma isn't a badge of honor to brag about, it's something to erase from existence so that your children never experience it. Also thoughbeit, the axolotl is a filthy reddit animal unlike the noble squirrel.

I got a lower score than you haha
the noble squirrel.
Squirrels suck doe

The test sucks, but what else would you expect from a commercial outfit trying to essentially sell you on a book or expert (who totally can remember what they read in the book they read) to fix all your life problems? If you want to try out CBT just nab a book with libgen and therape yourself.

Is there anything that explains this in more detail?

I agree that they are massively overselling the applicability. The PTSD wikipedia article only says that 19% of rape victims get PTSD, so by that standard people getting traumatized from nothing should be pretty rare?

But, if anyone does go in for therapy CBT is the only therapy shown to do anything substantially better than just talking about your problems. Idk how huge of effect it is or even if the term has been repurposed since I looked into it. It used to mean forcing yourself to recognize a contradiction in your way of thinking through multiple sensory channels at once, in an effort to form a new neural connection to pre-empt another unwanted pathway. This aspect of it being a physical thing was quite compelling evidence to me, but maybe it shouldn't have been because I never looked into how they observed the generation of the detour and determined it was actually in use. It was also compelling that they focused on definite logical contradictions in examples, not some "people can heckin' love you for who you are!" cope and optimism.

You know this is all made up pseudoscience, right? There is not such thing as "trauma". This is basically religion for irreligious AWFLs

The unwanted original neural pathway here would "trauma" or at least the physical origin of the issue. I don't think this critique is helpful because lots of people believe in shellshock-type PTSD. I think people call this other more questionable stuff "complex PTSD".

Oh mine fauci a heckin oxylittle or whatever the fuck its called from reddit Minecraft pewdiepie chungus Keanu reeves (wholesome 100)

An axolotl is a pretty clever mascot with their indeterminate growth and being evolutionarily described as "peter pan" for something to do with their embryology or whatever you call it.

His name is "axolotl" who the fuck is this nigga????

How does the quiz correlate with trauma? Trauma is built off of past experiences n shieet, so I don’t get how having a hard time talking to people irl, correlates with me being heckin traumatized. This quiz is so dumb, geg.
