Now if you also want to think about something, why hasn't the cause of death for dinosaurs been completely confirmed. The major theory is that a meteor struck the earth, shot up tons of dust and killed all the plants and animals turning everything into an ice ball. But a few things:
1.) Every reptile, ocean animal, and avian species was happenstance wiped out except mammals.
2.) Even though there's a crater in Mexico, ice core drilling reveals no ash or smoke within the time frames. (Even though they can tell the temperature of the earth from times before dinosaurs)
3.) This event was so massive it helped in the process of splitting up Pangea even further.
4.) Ice core drilling in the artic tells of times before Pangea split up, and there were no arctics for that ice to be at in Pangea. The North and South pole (where these ice cores are taken from) didn't even have permanent ice due to the heat of the globe caused by the large presence of carbon at the time.
5.) For ice and cold to be the main cause of TDD, is very strange as multiple books, articles, and reports all describe dinosaurs that had lived in the artic, that couldn't have existed at the time.
So in the end there's quite a lot of facts that don't add up.
