This would still reward quantity over quality. Also look at any 'cord server and what do they have? Roles, which all have levels. Incentivising you grind a server instead of posting normally. This doesn't reward the people who build a real reputation but the ones who spam the most. It's also real easy to socially engineer people. Just look at how successful bait posters can be on the 'party and the amount of (you)s they can farm (all unjokly for nothing btw).
