I just removed that from my themes. The div style is that of the node headers, I think the plugin is supposed to go above the board nodes but it must have looked wonky or something. To me it looks goofy in the sidebar above the YouTube video, so I just removed it for now, it also throws off the sidebar as I try and match the length of the sidebar with the forum board itself so it always looks clean.

For now I'll just remove it until they play with the plugin a bit more or add the sidebar header style div to the Featured Threads plugin instead.
Plus it shows favoritism towards certain threads..
