say when jew is subverting culture tradition country values promoting degeneracy whatever
instead of just sitting there letting it fester
I blast music and lift weights or go outside for a walk I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing exercise and using that negative energy for something positive atleast its been working great for me focusing and directing my hatred towards globohomo and using it to better myself

i barely talk about gym anymore
today was chest day did 230(lbs) for 3 on bench i’m probably go on a cut and deload next week cuz the bulk has been kind of stagnant for a while now

hopefully by summertime i’ll look like a chiseled greek god with absolute perfection
