I come home around [CENSORED BY CIA] o clock, and i when i finish college earlier i do other stuff so i come home even later around [CENSORED BY CIA] o clock

we use a 23-hour system not a 24-hours system anymore the 24th hour was removed for some reason

i dont think the 24th hour was ever displayed, it was just called that for the sake of a day having 24hours in total. When for example it is 15:34 o clock, it is 34 minutes into the 16th hour, that is why when it turns into the 24th hour, it becomes the next day already and for the sake of restarting from 00:00 and showing a new day, it happens like that. Thats how i understand it
