im pretty sure most websites would have probably understood that it was a honest mistake, like meljak said before, he was trying to show how fucked up wikipedia is as you can find literal sexual images of children if its labeled as "artistic" in a mainstream clearnet website when me and other users questioned him about it after he mentioned it

Lie, because i have too, succesfully many times. Started investigations on cybercrime groups and given useful evidence to police both in this country and others. Gotten some pedophiles identified and put groups in the radar of police. Ive done shit both about active sexual abuse cases and child pornography distribution rings. Some major contributions, some minor. Ive gotten notices about advances on a child abuse ring on facebook which i did vaguepost about reporting here. And what im talking about here is the real shit, excluding what ive done to report loliniggers because they piss me off.
I agree one should be prioritized first. Doesnt mean nothing can be done about both at once. During the time i put into trying to dox minus8 along with other baraag niggers from random /raid/ threads ive also put efforts in reporting, multiple times succesfully, multiple csam cases, and got information on pedophiles which are getting investigated by the law right now. I dont say it to brag (well kinda yes geg) but to state that efforts can be put into stopping both, maybe we differ on how much lolicon damage does, i saw one of my classmates initially get into lolicon before getting into csem of real kids and eventually got expelled. What leads or how a pedophilic disorder works varies a lot between different people, yes, but i think trying to get rid of at least one factor as small as it seems can be helpful. Some pedophiles are less likely to offend with something to feed them while others are the opposite, but im under the full belief that just "neutralizing them" isnt gonna fix the root and what should be prioritized ALONG with the arrest of offending pedophiles is getting rid of the illness at its core. i dont mean calling the police everytime some nigger on shitter posts loli porn on shitter yet as its clear that not even the actual csem cases are being prioritized and enforced. The banning of it is a good thing if they actually manage their priorities straight and put energy into arresting offending pedophiles and getting rid of the illness in the non offending ones.
After seeing how different kinds of pedophiles "socialize" and analyze things, maybe suppressing support for them even while not offending yet is a good thing, pedophilic activists end up leading others to offend and shit even if its in a passive way. Some kind of action should be done if someone expresses being a pedophile in any way especially if theyre proud of it like lolicon are. I understand what you say but i think you gotta be totalitarian when it comes to such things, and reeinforce it effectively. You can put priority into both.

I commend you in that regard then. I didn't know that about you, and, in the future, I'll work with you in taking down pedophiles. I already work with many other pedo-hunters like Sprate Header and, of course, the administrators of this site.

With the criminalization of pro-pedophilia speech that isn't CSAM, I think it's really an issue of freedom of speech and civil liberties. I am and will always be a civil liberties extremist and an unwavering free speech and First Amendment absolutist. Yes, I hate pedophiles with a burning passion and I will do whatever I feel is necessary to shut them down, but I am not willing to trample on the First Amendment to do so. Freedom of speech is meaningless if it does not protect the speech that we despise the most. The argument that we have to be totalitarian in fighting social ills is a very dangerous one, and it's the same argument used by every single dictatorship in history. Once you start accepting totalitarianism in any way, it keeps expanding further and further. If we can arrest people simply for saying "I am a pedophile", then that sets a precedent whereby the government can begin arresting anyone for any thought crimes. And we all know what that results in.

The current US laws regarding child pornography are more than sufficient, and they don't need to be expanded into the realm of thought crimes. I really don't want to have to defend pedophiles in any way, but, unfortunately, I will have to if the government starts using pedophiles as a justification for chipping away at our constitutional rights. As the H.L. Mencken quote goes: "The trouble with fighting for human freedom is that one spends most of one's time defending scoundrels. For it is against scoundrels that oppressive laws are first aimed, and oppression must be stopped at the beginning if it is to be stopped at all."

I wish that @slopjak was still here, because he completely agreed with me on this and knew where I was coming from. IDK what @nagolbud's stance is, but I'll tag him since I know that he's big on civil liberties as well.

Constitution is nothing more than a piece of paper. Doesn't grant any rights at all.. freedom is God given, not government given. The mistake many modern day "freedom fighters" make is thinking that the Constitution does anything but feed the thought of comfort. In reality, it does nothing, no one signed it, and it has no legal impact. Try using it in court, you'll lose, because they use a military flag and the United States is a corporation operating under the War Powers Act which suspended any and all rights, it's all a ruse.
