Uhh, something simple and easy to verify is just to record yourself sleeping, obviously make sure you can hear yourself breathing in the audio, and just see if you stop breathing for like 10 seconds or maybe snort or something.

My doctor used to think I had narcolepsy because I would fall asleep randomly in the middle of doing things but nothing ever came out of it I guess. It still happens but not as often because I can just sleep all day.

It was the same for me, it was causing my grades to slip because I could not stay awake during class. The teachers would drop metal trash cans in front of my desk to wake me up and I’d fall asleep again the same period.

Yeah I had the same thing. I pretty much totally failed educationally outside of a few subjects where I was gifted because I would just sleep all the time which is one of the reasons why I never went to college (the same thing would just happen AGAIN.) Safe to say that traditional work or school is not for me.

And yeah the teachers loved picking on me because of it.

it stopped being a severe problem i'd say around august of this year
