Still crap with no games. Personal computer rigs outcompete consoles on every level. Most consoles cost like a minimum of half of the price of a decent gaming PC rig. For this lower price you become a customer in a box dependent on the whims of the company making that console. You only can play games that the company puts on that console. You are also hooked to a television most of the time. You can only interact with that console via a video game remote. Your "exclusive" benifits, which are always in a state of decay by the way as cross platform becomes increasingly popular, are the most hated dogshit politically coopted games in the entire gaming industry, that being the AAA.
For the price of 2, or better yet 1 and 1/2 of a modern gaming console, you can build or have built for you a personal computer, that can run the same new gen games released on console (bar the dogshit exclusives) easily, AND can do all the other tasks a computer is known to be used for. On top of this, said PC will stay relevant in gaming for multiple times the lifespan of a console.

took long enough, but i understand if they cant come up with any other ideas. the switch was by far the best product they have made (objectively), and making separate handhelds/home consoles at this point is totally out of the question because the switch does both. imagine the modding potential of this, if it has significant power over the regular switch it just might be able to emulate gamecube/wii properly

I hope forks of the Switch emulators can run Switch 2 games semi-competently just to spite them. Fuck Jewtendo, they're just as much of a plague as Soyny and Microsoft (even though Xbox is a complete joke that no one buys anymore)
