Schlog+ operates via hacky workarounds that Xenforo probably doesn't natively support, but if you can somehow get custom javascript files running and embed settings for them in the preferences somehow then it would work or something like that. If I was actually given developer access and had time to study how Xenforo worked, + could probably be mplemented.
