I am of the opinion that rehabilitation should be tried first, if it fails over and over it is wrong to spend tax money on housing them in prison, since it is only innocents around them that are suffering the consequences of when they are eventually let out into freedom only to re-offend
If they still cannot behave in society despite the implicit threat of removal from it. If they are unwilling or unable to rehabilitate themselves we shouldnt still pay for it. better to send them off to the firing squad then.

I know this. Some people are more disruptive than others but it's impossible to measure accurately without some point system where repeat rulebreakers end up getting banned instead of someone who derails who makes a sprunki bbc thread once. That's why users have been getting away with it for months

you cant make simple reasonable rules that are also effective at punishing subversive elements, either you are honest about it and abuse totalitarian power (masculine) or you create vague rules bullshit/control what is 'acceptable' behaviour and you use that as your justification (feminine)
