Project Stellaris mod

I've been playing a bunch of Stellaris recently and thought it would probably be simpler to make a mod for it than HOI4. All you'd need would be graphics for the population and rulers, their civics, ethics, and any other unique text for that empire. I can come up with everything but the graphics and the code of the mod itself if someone is interested in helping.
