Videos like the one OP linked are engagement bait for watch time usually. Du’a is not meant to be exploited for “good deeds”. That isn’t the point of it. The point of the du’a in the video is meant to pray for the believers, and if you want to pray for the whole world, go for it, but just know you won’t be getting 16 billion good deeds, because I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works. It still matters, but it’s not on the equivalence of feeding 16 billion starving people. Make donations and be generous during Ramadan.
