Soylita is Now Effectively Banned From SoyBooru Entirely

Soylita is now effectively banned from SoyBooru. Like with Catjak, only anti-Soylita images remain. Everything else has been wiped, with the number of images featuring the subvariant reduced from thousands to 295: https://booru.soyjak.st/post/list/subvariant:soylita/1

So, I just learned of this today, but I actually support this decision from @ROOT. That might be surprising considering my rabid hatred of pedophiles, but, as I have stated before: IMO, Soylita is only coal when it's being used by pedophiles. In and of itself, it's just the young version of Femjak. Or, at least, that was my understanding of it, anyways. There are a thrembillion images that feature Soylita and the vast majority of them don't have any sexualized or pedophilic overtones of any sort. In fact, I often see Soylita images that are outright making fun of pedophiles, e.g. the one with Soylita as an FBI agent. I've posted images that included Soylita/Shoyta on numerous occasions, and I would never post anything that I thought was made with pedophilic intentions.

Posting Soylita/Shoyta should be permitted as long as the variants are being posted in a non-sexualized/non-pedophilic context. With that said, the names of the variants themselves - Soylita and Shoyta - are certainly very problematic, to say the least. The names were probably meant to be ironic at first, but the names definitely made these variants seem highly appealing to unironic pedophiles. However, we absolutely shouldn't let pedophiles claim any soyjak variants as their own - not even Soylita (hell, especially not Soylita, considering that it's the only child soyjak variant).

By banning the character entirely rather than just banning sexualized/pedophilic depictions of her (which had already been done on SoyBooru in 2023), you are simply reinforcing the idea that the character belongs exclusively to pedophiles, which, quite frankly, should not be true. Again, we should never let pedophiles claim ownership of any soyjak characters - especially not the only child soyjak character.

I don't like the variant but I at least think the old 'lita posts should just be grandfathered in for the sake of old Soy history or something. Wiping it entirely is just going to lead to most visits to the Jartycuck (for chuds needing a good image of the variant for whatever non-malicious reason).

I didnt mind the purge of sexualized images like that one banner but all of them? And what of the Soypocalypse drawing? The FDJ video? The Jassycuck slopjaks? They’re pushing a variant with actual use cases underground as if it were a cord inside joke like catjak or steamed. I doubt this will stop any pedophilic use by offsiters, this is mostly handicapping non-pedophilic use.
