If it was decided on by a vote it would have probably been 50/50 with Froot being the tie breaker in that instance and even then she technically broke a rule, albeit, one that's very loosely applied. The rules function on things to catch out users you don't like on and even then I got in trouble for not even breaking a rule.

My basic point is that as much as we do talk about how neat something like what you're saying could be, Froot is always going to be the head honcho, I even contested this in a little quarrel with X Immigrant a while back, nagging of why Froot's even in charge, but, as I've just said, that's just how it is, and nothing's changing.
