My technique for anti anti-aliasing is to open up the image in paint.net, use the magic wand tool set to global and focus on a specific color (black and white ‘jaks are the easiest) clicking on all the off-color pixels I can find, then I repeat for the other color. When I think I am done, I set the tolerance for the magic wand tool to its lowest value and then click on one of the fixed parts for each color to see if I missed anything.

Blud... I keep two separate layers one for outline another for color, I magic wand inside outline grow selection by 1 pixel then fill on color layer.
