Who made this retarded descion? It doesn't prevent vandlising, as an account can be made in a minute for any dedicated vandilaser. All it does is discourage actual editors from adding tags.
Additionally it will probably will result in more vandilisation from the account users as the vast majority of them are spergs that would have a clitty leakage over a post because it contains something they don't like.

If I had permission, I'd lock the editing of posts that get vandalized often.

Thing is, I don't know if approval logs exist, I'm not sure if they even do.
