If manipulating = sending gore to people, then it doesn't really warrant a ban in my opinion. People do it all the time on jackbox raids (they even post DNBs) and I don't see them getting banned. I don't think the guy posted gore in Schlog.

I'm sorry but that really doesn't prove anything. He just responds to "You're a manipulator" with "Sure think whatever you want to think!". Really doesn't prove anything. Maybe, at least tell us what kind of manipulation he did?
