The problem with allowing VPNs in the booru is that it would be incredibly easy to ban evade, maybe make it so VPN users cannot comment so on the very least niggers wont be able to advertise their 'cord servers

The 'booru is already an Indian street with how many times Warrior-Z and many other namefags shit up the comment sections and overall site. Better more of that contained purely in the site than getting datamined on the site.
