Scp-682: Hard to please reptile

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-682 is to be kept in a 5m x 5m x 10m chamber lined with 30cm soundproof panels inside the containment chamber, in addition cameras are to be installed 1 meter below the ceiling to record the procedure. At all times there must be around 150 men of African descent, now dubbed the bvlls, on site and at least three bvlls in the chamber engaging in intercourse with SCP-682 at all times. The bvlls are to be prepared via diet consisting of vegetables, fish, pineapple and prescription zinc. In addition a rudimentary training regiment is to be employed under the supervision of a mtf squad member. Afterwards the bvlls should be doped with Viagra, Testosterone, Ecstasy and one reading of scp-7696. Afterwards they are fit to engage in intercourse with SCP-682.
Description: SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like humanoid creature of unknown origin. It appears to be extremely intelligent, and was observed to engage in complex communication with SCP-079 during their limited time of exposure. SCP-682 appears to have a hatred of men of European and Asian descent, with a fondness for human males of African descent. (See addendum 2bc)
SCP-682 has always been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682 gains energy from anything it ingests, organic or inorganic. Digestion seems to be aided by a set of filtering gills inside of SCP-682's nostrils, which are able to remove usable matter from any liquid solution. It has been noted SCP 682 shrinks in size and relative strength in the presence of humans of African descent. Appearing more docile when in the presence of African men.
In case of containment breach, SCP-682 is to be tracked and re-captured by all available Mobile Task Forces, and no teams with fewer than seven (7) members are cleared to engage it. All teams are to be occupied by a bvll. The MTF members are to threaten the bvll's life and negotiate with SCP-682 until it returns to the containment chamber. If the negotiations fail then the MTF are to fully engage it. To date (██-██-████), attempted breaches have numbered at seventeen (17), while successful breaches have numbered at six (6).
