Almost all modern tanks are "modernizations" of previous designs. That's the whole point. You build up on and improve older designs. Building a completely new one from scratch is only necessary after many decades. The M1Abrams has been getting modernized since the 80's.

This is true for both countries. Yes, the losses on both sides are high, but it doesn't matter because both Russia and Ukraine conscript mostly undesirable groups, like poor people, minorities, or nationalists, and both countries' economies exist by exporting resources, and that doesn't require a lot of people, just a few hundred thousand educated specialists, so the war could go on for decades.

Difference is the abrams aged well into current day war with high survavability, and key difference is USA unlike Russia has a shit ton of modern tanks and mass produce them. Anyways, it's clear you have no clue what you're talking about since you're an outsider blindly supporting Russia. Go focus on your own countries problems.

False, Ukraine is winning the war of attrition with 1:7, but that's isn't surprising when Russia uses Z wave tactics. What is significant is Ukraine is winning by 20% on trade when you take percentages into account. OH I FORGOT TO SAY, Ukraine doesn't even take casualties mostly wounds while Z mobiks bleed out in fields geg (we all seen the drone footage).

The death toll of the Donbas war was 14200, which includes 3404 civilians. This means 24 percent of all deaths in that war were civilians.
The death toll of the Russo-Ukrainian war varies wildly. With some sources claiming not even 100k Ukrainian deaths and others claiming 500k deaths. With similar variance in Russian death calculations. However, confirmed civilian deaths are at 11 thousand. Even using the most low-ball of lowball figures, the civilian to military death ratio is way better than the Donbas war, in which most civilian casualties were taken by the Donbas republics.

The USA doesn't mass produce tanks you retard. It doesn't even make new ones at all. They take old tanks, tear them down and recycle the hull in order to build new ones. With this method they produce about 12 Abrams a month. This is not enough to meet the demands of a large war.
