It should be more focused on the jak culture, right now no one is jakking, and the only thing relevant is the reaction icons.

I think it should also mostly be focused on meta stuff.
Blogs are great tools to talk about tech stuff and also to keep track of progress. If doxxing and raiding still was relevent in the sharty, the blog would be perfect for that. But also to keep track on progress on certain 'ki pages, on the development of anti spam and 'P measures, on staff team and internal structure, etc

Trvke, it'd be fun if it could grow doe. Grow and become something worthy of note, not disdain and ill speak.

How could we grow the site without appearing harmful to the sharty? I wouldn't have found this site if it weren't for the sharty billboard. I guess I'm lucky for finding it a day before it was removed.

Isn't there a wiki article for that kind of stuff? Also desu archives already does that for us. I think our only hope is to just bug froot until he helps us or we secretly shill the site on the sharty

That was one of my thoughts.
Saving threads permanently can be done on the 'ki, but here too.
And as said, lenghty projects, or monitoring certain groups/tech developmeny is a thing we should integrate more thoroughly here.
I think the meta category of the forum needs a bit of expanding.
/q/ can remain for the blog stuff, but we could have a /sharty/ related board, a /wiki/ one, and or something else.
And the focus of these boards would not be to immitate their content but to talk about the structure of these places and ask for help on a wiki page for example, ask for advice, give propositions and feed back.

For example, you could have an emote thread in the sharty board talking about this new feature, a captcha thread. Mods on the sharty would surely find that usefull. Maybe even admins. Doll wdyt, if you read this ?
