what's an easy and cheap way to make good pasta?
Nah but i cook a nice pasta people say
You wanna get some olive oil (sunflower is also fine) going and put innsome garlic then your ground beef and pan fry till the meat chunks close up locking in the juice, you can add some paprika powder if you like at this stage
When the meat is done douse it with lots of onion, when those are cooked and glassy then you could add some cougette, paprika, tomato
Add a little bit of beef broth from a cube and get some tomato paste (not sauce) in there when all the vegtables are cooked and have lost some volume
Don't forget oregano
Add some cream or pesto for extra flavor
Additionally you can put a blender to it to make it smoother which brings out the flavors more
make sure the sauce simmers for a while after adding tomato paste
Add some vinegar (preferably balsamico for a richer color)
Add some ketsap or extra broth if it needs more salt
That's how i do the family recipie of Dutch Pasta
P.S. Very important to keep the heat up instead preventing burning by dowseing the pan with new cool ingredients and mixing attentively
If it's starting to stick to the pan you can prematurely add a little vinaegar to the pan surface while cooking and scrape it before it burns
Also whennadding broth don't be afraid to add some moisture in doing so and after thr broth lowet the heat a little and let it simmer and evaporate
