I doubt, since it's just one of those stupid little iMessage toys. It's not centralised at one server or anything.
There's one site that got really bad because the admin neglected it, though after the sharty raid and with myself looking after it, that admin now takes better care of the website. Some shady folks still manage to get through but there are filters and like 2 jannies in place monitoring the thing.
I like the part where they start talking about drive by molesters who can join your kids pictochat lobby while driving. It's such an obviously ridiculous scenario that it's hard to believe anyone took it seriously.
