Oh, no, you're mistaken. Jannies aren't the only ones who give out solutions. The system changed a little while ago, however, to where the comment that is most highly-voted in a thread gets the solution after around four or five votes, I'm pretty sure (I don't want to call them heckin' updoots so I'm just calling them votes).
