Here thereafter: It is not concealed from you that the people of Islam had suffered from aggression, iniquity and injustice imposed on them by the Froot-Anglo alliance and their collaborators to the extent that the Muslims’ blood became the cheapest and their wealth and assets looted by the hands of the enemies. O God, give the Muslim youths strength and guide them, O God, make peace between them and unite them, give us steadfastness and patience, strength and aid us to conquer the unbelievers. O God, do not burden us with heavy laden that we cannot bear, like you gave our ancestors. Forgive and have mercy on us, you are our God, aid us to conquer the unbelievers. O God, guide us so that we can be strong and degrade the unbelievers, bestow kindness upon us and put an end to the forbidden. O God, pray for your servant and Messenger Muhammad, his family and followers. Finally, Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds.

In recent years, a lot of western far-right misogincels have embraced Islam because they share the same views about women. And, amusingly, it puts woke idpol leftists in quite a pickle (since, as we all know, criticizing Islam's brutal oppression of women is the height of racial hatred).

Leftists hate the west (which represents all of their values), but they love Islam and Russia (which oppose all of their values). Islam is the most fascist, oppressive, far-right, homophobic, misogynistic ideology in the world, yet leftists will absolutely bend over backwards to defend not only Islam, but also Islamism. In recent years, the left's tremulous embrace of Islamism - led by regressive-left outlets like The Guardian and Salon - has further cemented the modern left as everything that the religious right used to be: puritanical, fascist, censorious, authoritarian, divisive, identity politics-driven, and profoundly regressive. I mean, the religious right is still all of those things, of course, but, nowadays, they don't dominate the political and cultural arena anymore. Back in the day, whenever there was a call for censorship, it was almost always from some Bible-thumping conservatards like Donald Wildmon's American Family Association. Nowadays, however, almost all calls for censorship come from PC leftists.

Huh. That's an interesting perspective on it. I myself wouldn't just generalize it to just "leftists," however, since there is certainly a particular brand of leftists who do love the West while hating traditional Islam (criticizing the Taliban, Iran, or the human rights violations of some of the GCC states) and Russia (especially since the invasion began in Ukraine), but, indeed, the ones who have pushed for movements like mass Muslim refugee migration to Western countries have always accompanied their movements with this strange concept of "acceptance of the unaccepting."
