Serious My reaction score dropped - How can I do better?

I was attacked by a bot, reactionbombed, i have reported the account, but I'm not sure what i can do. While I do bait and troll, I cannot continue in good faith with a low reaction score. It is nearing negatives and im a little afraid of what happens next.
