i wash my hands about 8 times a day, fairly rigorously too. for the past two years i haven't had any problems. now because of the weather and my heckin OCD acting up i get small cuts from the skin being dried out and cracking.

what would happen if you tried not using soap? would it fix it

My ha-ha-hands also st-st-started to bl-bl-bleed ra-ra-randomly but I ca-ca-ca-can't st-st-stop wa-wa-wa-washing my ha-ha-ha-hands. I'-I'-I'll fa-fa-face di-di-divine pu-pu-pu-punishment if I do-do-don't. ha-ha-hand cr-cr-cr-cream wi-wi-with gl-gl-gl-glycerin has he-he-he-helped.

Realize when you're washing your hands and don't watch them as frequently until you absolutely need to, make it a conscious habit even if that's easier said than done.

This really happens? I also wash my hands a lot but never had it happen to me before. Sounds like it would hurt.
Just put on moisturizer cream overnight, or something.

I used to put on lotion and then put gloves on when I slept, since my hands were so dry that whenever I would move my fingers my knuckles would start bleeding. It might help if you try that.

This happened to my autistic 8 year old nephew when (((doctors))) were on TV terrorizing kids about washing their hands to prevent covid
