I knew a guy like that from my childhood summer camp. Wasn't friends with him, he was rather unpleasant and liked to bully people despite having the complexion of a stick. I think around a week after I met him he was kicked out for stalking the girl dorms.

We then talked to each other online a few years later and he acted like a complete degenerate. Not the tranny type, but precisely what you describe. Faking being based and posting certain material completely insensitively.
