Keyed My Blog

Right, so I've been noticing at work recently that either my left or right shoulderblade aches during the day when I'm sitting, for no reason at all! It really sucks. Also like an hour earlier I felt a great wash of fatigue over me, I basically crashed out. Didn't fall asleep with my face flat on the desk or anything, just closed my eyes and drooled, it was weird.

I used to crash out in the afternoons when I don't get enough sleep. Make sure to get at least 7 hours mang

My father told me that those sorts of problems can be solved with cardio exercises, I used to do skipping rope (trying to jump 1000 times in 10 minutes) and it's improved my cardio and energy levels while strengthening my calves

You gotta be careful doe, I got tendon/muscle problems on my legs now and my knee joints hurt like knee-gers, I haven't done intense skipping for months, I ususally skip 150-200 nowdays before martial arts classes
