What would I need for a bbs? I have no server equipment lol

You could probably use any old computer laying around, such as an old laptop. I'd imagine a BBS wouldn't require much power, so if your ISP is ok with self-hosting, it should be very easy to connect something together. Idk how you'd hide your IP address unless you wanted to use CloudFlare though, which could be an issue.

I'm now apart of the gc again, but fair warning and advice before you join it, if a mod like tells you to "join vc" or whatever, do not fall for it, it's a mousetrap, you WILL get kicked out of the gc for attempting to start a vc, and you might lose the ability to Enter the gc for a few hours, so please for the love of god DONT start a vc, you will get kicked out, for sure, like I did a few times
