1. Remove as many unnecessary features from the site as possible, shoutbox, signatures, profile pictures etc.
2. Create an application that can be run in a terminal or command prompt that treats the schlog like a BBS (Builletin Board System)

How one might go about this is to be considered. A browser extension is a javascript script or a set of JS scripts that run on top of the original page. Creating Schlog Minus would essentially be to remove a lot of pre-existing elements from a web page every single time you load a page, resulting in a huge flash before the intended output. One way to create Schlog Minus would be to create an external program that acts like a browser that parses the html it gets, throws away the javascript and allows you to navigate the site as simply as possible. OR, you could just do this using a .html page with it's own js file that uses fetch requests to parse the schlog page.

People haven't really been good at letting me know what exactly "Schlog Minus" is or what it would look like, perhaps a simple HTML page with no avatars or anything like that? Maybe even a BBS (Builletin Board System)? Or if you used Lynx, like I said, it would look like this:

So for Schlog Minus, the tools for it already exist. If you're looking for a more streamlined experience, I could perhaps provide that, maybe a purely terminal based application that treats the Schlog like a BBS system, for Linux and Windows. There are some issues though, for example, the site mostly uses Javascript, so how would we send messages or interface with something we can't really use? Perhaps we make a C application? Or something that actually loads a web page but doesn't render it?

Schlog Minus to me is a really silly idea and I feel like you need to specify just what exactly you want.

I don't know anything about js extension but isn't it possible to run piece of code before a page loads? I got a website blocker that probably does that.
