This is obviously a prank, froot bought the kolyma.org domain and used its mailing system to get ahold of kuzs KF account and to do this april fools prank. If it wasn't obvious already.

Tripcodes are hashed and the only way to know what was the input is if they save every time someone used the name field. Or you brute force it until you find what the original input was

I think it would only take a few hours at most in the trip reverse.

Likely theory is that kuz set up his kf account through kolyma.org, froot bought kolyma.org giving him the mailing servers of kuzs email account which would let him access kuzs KF account.
